MIT Technology Review Names Erik Pelletier Chief Digital Officer and Vice President, Product Development

CAMBRIDGE, MA – February 20, 2014: MIT Technology Review has named Erik Pelletier chief digital officer and VP for product development. In this role, Mr. Pelletier will lead the global media company’s portfolio of publishing, event, community, and e-commerce products and platforms. He will oversee the product development team to build digital products across all platforms and design exceptional user experiences, and manage overall product roadmaps. He will also collaborate with multiple domestic and international partners in support of the company’s global businesses.

Before joining MIT Technology Review, Mr. Pelletier served in various senior management roles at the digital marketing agency Almighty. As senior vice president for engagement, he provided strategic and tactical leadership to clients and played a vital role in the company’s development. He has over 15 years’ experience working at the intersection of marketing, media, technology, and design. His past work for globally recognized brands has encompassed digital strategy, product development, experience design, channel development, e-commerce, and digital marketing. An accomplished technologist, he has also held high-level development positions at BEAM Interactive and Havas Worldwide (formerly known as Euro RSCG).
