Conference to focus on the business impact of artificial intelligence
CAMBRIDGE, MA – January 5, 2016:Today, MIT Technology Review (www.technologyreview.com) announces that its fourth West Coast emerging digital technologies conference, EmTech Digital (www.technologyreview.com/emtechdigital), will take place at the St. Regis San Francisco, May 23 and 24, 2016. The annual conference convenes innovators, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and venture capitalists to examine the next wave of the digital revolution.
The focus of this year’s conference is artificial intelligence and the impact it will have on nearly every industry. AI already plays an active role in our day-to-day lives. Intelligent systems power search, social media, and smartphones and track personal health and finances. What’s coming next in AI promises to be the greatest computing breakthrough of our time.

As intelligent systems interact with us in more natural ways, they’re becoming capable of making informed decisions and taking action autonomously,” said Jason Pontin, editor in chief and publisher of MIT Technology Review. “The implications for every industry are staggering. You need to know what’s coming, and EmTech Digital will give you the insights you need to exceed business goals.”
